Be in unused condition with no signs of wear.
Include all original packaging and accessories.
Note: Hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, unless the item arrived defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved:
Refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days of receiving the item.
The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Return Costs
A return fee of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
