Refunds, processing time, and costs
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved:
If your return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part, we will refund the full amount including the original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (not defective or incorrect), we will refund the order amount excluding the original shipping costs.
Refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days after receiving your item. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Costs
The return costs always equal the actual price of returning the item—we do not charge any additional fees beyond the cost of the return label.
If you purchase a return label yourself from Returnless, no deduction will be made from your refund.
If we provide a prepaid return label and you are responsible for the return costs, the exact cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. This cost will be clearly communicated to you before the return is processed—no additional fees will be charged.
