We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.
Conditions for Returns
It’s important that the returned item is in unused condition and shows no signs of use, unless the item is defective. Please note: Hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Return Costs
Yes, there is a return fee of €3.95, which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price, unless the item is defective. We support the return cost by covering half of the return label fee.
Items returned without a return request
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at [email protected] for any questions regarding returns.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items if the seal has been broken. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse, after which the refund is initiated. We will notify you once we have inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
