We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Return an Item

Requesting a Return

To start a return, please use our return form. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary information.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in unused condition with no signs of wear.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

Note: Hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, unless the item arrived defective.

Refunds and Processing Time

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days of receiving the item.

  • The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Costs

A return fee of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Exchanges

To get the product you want, return the unwanted item first. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Perishable goods.

• Custom or personalized products.

• Personal care items with broken seals.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and Defects

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately through our return form or at [email protected].

2. Provide photos or a description of the issue to help us evaluate the situation.
